The first exchange is free and must be requested by the original purchaser.
🌺 Here's how it works:
Do not send the product back before contacting our personalized support via WhatsApp or email.
The deadline to request an exchange or return is 7 (seven) days after receiving your item.
The product must be sent in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and with no signs of use or tampering, alright?
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange or return. They will be sent back to the original shipping address without prior notice and with shipping charges applied.
Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow up to 7 (seven) business days for us to complete the process.
In the case of a return, the refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect each item at our atelier.
• Please note: The bank account must be under the name of the person who placed the order.
The refund will be issued to the account holder’s checking account within 7 (seven) business days after the returned product is received and evaluated.
